Jo Hunnibell, Co-Founder of Care Pathway Navigators, is a state registered nurse with over 40 years of experience across general medicine, oncology, emergency, and paediatrics. She has also coordinated aged care services for many years, bringing both expertise and empathy to every family she supports. Jo’s lifelong commitment to healthcare ensures clients receive compassionate, personalised guidance at every stage of their journey.
